forma, el jefe del gobierno del Distrito Federal, Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera Espinosa, entreg\u00f3 a la Asamblea Legislativa del Distrito Federal (ALDF) su Segundo Informe de Labores y lo presentar\u00e1 hoy ante el pleno de la instancia legislativa.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobierno, Manuel Granados, recibi\u00f3 el documento sobre el estado que guarda la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica del Distrito Federal 2013-2014, en cumplimiento con la Ley Org\u00e1nica de este \u00f3rgano legislativo.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, destac\u00f3 que con esta entrega se da cumplimiento en tiempo y forma, seg\u00fan establece el Art\u00edculo 150 del Reglamento para el Gobierno Interior de la ALDF y al acuerdo de la Comisi\u00f3n de Gobierno, destac\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>Al respecto, el diputado local Jorge Gavi\u00f1o Ambriz, de Nueva Alianza, lament\u00f3 que no se lograra cambiar el formato del informe de gobierno de Mancera Espinosa.<\/p>\n<p>Critic\u00f3 que una vez que se inicie el periodo de sesiones de la ALDF, el pr\u00f3ximo mi\u00e9rcoles 17, el jefe de gobierno acudir\u00e1 a ese recinto \u00fanicamente para leer el documento, y se retirar\u00e1 sin escuchar a los legisladores.<\/p>\n<p>A su juicio, ese formato representa un retroceso democr\u00e1tico, porque Miguel \u00c1ngel Mancera no estar\u00e1 presente cuando los grupos parlamentarios presenten su posicionamiento, impide el debate y el di\u00e1logo, al limitar el env\u00edo de los cuestionamientos por
