Parte los m\u00e1s grandes a un tama\u00f1o comestible, y los que son peque\u00f1os d\u00e9jalos as\u00ed. Pon a calentar el caldo de pollo.<\/p>\n<p>En una cazuela pon el aceite y saltea la cebolla y el ajo hasta que se vean transparentes. A\u00f1ade los hongos, las hierbas y el chile y cocina hasta que empiecen a soltar sus jugos (15 minutos aproximadamente). Vierte el caldo en la cazuela cuando est\u00e9 bien caliente, deja hervir durante 2 minutos y agrega sal al gusto.
