Reempl\u00e1zalas por aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eliminar el az\u00facar refinado, las grasas y salsas: <\/strong>Usa edulcorantes para reemplazar el az\u00facar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Controlar la ingesta de bebidas: <\/strong>Beber agua, adem\u00e1s de hidratar y de ayudar a que el organismo funcione correctamente, te har\u00e1 disminuir el apetito. Olv\u00eddate de las bebidas altamente procesadas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disminuir la sal: <\/strong>Reduce gradualmente la cantidad de sal para cocinar. A las 2 o 3 semanas el paladar se acostumbrar\u00e1.
