El viento en superficie ser\u00e1 ligero a moderado; el cielo medio nublado a nublado en la mayor parte del d\u00eda y limitada radiaci\u00f3n solar; se prev\u00e9n lluvias a partir de las 15 horas\u201d, inform\u00f3 en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, se recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n evitar realizar acciones que incrementen los niveles de contaminaci\u00f3n en el Valle de M\u00e9xico como las quemas a cielo abierto, reducir el uso del veh\u00edculo y evitar congestionamientos viales.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 hasta el s\u00e1bado 3 de noviembre cuando se reactivar\u00e1 el programa, con la restricci\u00f3n a la circulaci\u00f3n de los veh\u00edculos con Holograma 1 terminaci\u00f3n de placa de circulaci\u00f3n non y todos los veh\u00edculos con Holograma 2 y for\u00e1neos.
